The NBEF is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of our bowhunting heritage through education. More than 5,000 volunteers teach the International Bowhunter Education Program (IBEP) throughout North America and Europe. The course prepares bowhunters to hunt ethically, competently, and safely. Graduates know the value of presenting a positive image to the non-hunting public thus helping to preserve the sport and are less likely to drop out of bowhunting.
